Why is it dank?

We can all agree, fried food is delicious. But is there a way to enjoy such pleasures without the garbage? This is why I created our boujee beignets. Using the highest quality ingredients; organic sourdough made with heirloom PNW grains, seasonal local organic produce, and fried in organic coconut oil. You can eat these and feel good about it. I promise. Its dank.

Why is it sourdough?

Ive had gluten sensitivities my whole life. It wasn't until learning about the magic of sourdough and how properly fermented wheat is the ONLY way to ingest wheat, that I was able to enjoy bread again. Wanting to elevate the fried food world options, and offer fresh tasty damn-near-good for you treats, we created Dank Dough House!

Why is it organic?

If you want to have proper fermentation in your sourdough, you MUST have organic grains. Pesticides would kill all the amazing life that happens in the fermentation process. Plus I don't want my children, my friends, and my community eating pesticides! Fortunately we live in an area of immense bounty. Not only is there amazing heirloom wheat grown right here in the PNW, but our local farmers put out some amazing organic produce.

Orange and vanilla mascarpone filling with blueberry glaze and candied orange peal

Banana Bavarian cream, candied pecans and browned-butter salted caramel


Not Too Savory

The Nikki

Herbed sourdough with sun-dried tomatoes, garden fresh arugula and basil pesto, fresh shaved warm

The Figgy

Lemon herbed goat cheese, figgy balsamic reduction, candied rosemary, crispy prosciutto 

We only use what's fresh and in season. If I can't get it locally and organic, I change the menu!
